1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using cryptopotgame.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to register and participate.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • Users are not permitted from jurisdictions that ban all forms of gambling or prohibit participation in online international lottery-style platforms.
  • By registering, you confirm that you are not residing in or accessing the Platform from any restricted jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or permit unauthorized access.
  • You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access by emailing support@cryptopotgame.com.

4. Game Rules and Play

  • Each ticket represents one entry into the weekly draw.
  • You select 5 numbers from 1–35 per ticket.
  • Draws occur every Sunday at 8:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST, UTC-4).
  • Ticket sales close every Sunday at 6:00 PM AST.
  • All entries are final once purchased and confirmed.
  • Winners are selected randomly. All tickets have equal probability regardless of purchase time or number of entries.
  • Consolation prizes are awarded for matching 3 or 4 of the 5 winning numbers.
  • VIP weeks offer doubled consolation payouts. Details are announced before each draw.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any member of the Crypto Pot team or other players.
  • Question the legitimacy of winning players or cast doubt on draw results without evidence.
  • Stalk, dox, or attempt to identify any player or team member.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place entries. All gameplay must be human-inputted.
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities.
  • Attempt to manipulate or hack the Platform, blockchain, or payment systems.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

6. Payments and Cryptocurrency

  • All transactions are conducted in USDT BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain).
  • You are responsible for providing a valid USDT BEP20 wallet address. An incorrect address may result in loss of funds.
  • You bear the cost and responsibility for any transaction fees, exchange rates, and cryptocurrency network fees.
  • Payouts are processed via NOWPayments. Blockchain confirmation times are outside our control.
  • We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in cryptocurrency transactions caused by blockchain congestion, network failures, or external factors.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

  • Blockchain delays, network congestion, or cryptocurrency transaction failures.
  • Hacking, theft, or unauthorized access to your wallet or account.
  • Technical glitches, server downtime, or system failures outside our control.
  • Loss of data, cryptocurrency, or prizes due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Crypto Pot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any unclaimed prizes or balances may be forfeited.

11. Affiliate Program

  • Affiliates earn 5% of each entry made by their referred players, paid at draw time.
  • Referral links are personal and non-transferable.
  • Affiliate earnings are final and non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
