1. General Refund Policy

Crypto Pot does not offer refunds for tickets once purchased. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we recognize that in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be warranted. This policy outlines the limited conditions under which we will consider and process refunds.

2. Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds are only permitted under the following conditions. All conditions must be met:

2.1 Incorrect Ticket Recording

  • A ticket was recorded with incorrect numbers that you did not select.
  • You must report the error immediately upon discovery.
  • You must provide proof (screenshots, transaction details) supporting your claim.

2.2 Technical or Payment Errors

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a platform or payment processor error.
  • A payment failed but was incorrectly recorded as confirmed.
  • A system malfunction prevented ticket cancellation before the deadline.
  • You must report the issue with supporting evidence (transaction receipts, error messages).

2.3 Same-Day Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation and refund of a ticket on the same day it was purchased.
  • The request must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase.
  • The request must be submitted before ticket sales close at 6:00 PM Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on Sunday.
  • Once the draw begins (8:00 PM AST Sunday), cancellations are no longer permitted.

3. Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a request:Email support@cryptopotgame.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
    • Your account username or email address
    • Transaction ID or date and time of purchase
    • The reason for the refund request
    • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, transaction receipts)
  2. Investigation: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and contact you if additional information is needed.
  3. Decision: We will approve or deny your request based on whether it meets the criteria above.
  4. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed within 72 hours to your original payment method or wallet address.

4. What Is NOT Refundable

The following reasons do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Changing your mind or not liking your selected numbers.
  • Losing the draw or not matching any numbers.
  • Delays in receiving prizes or blockchain confirmation delays.
  • Technical issues or losses caused by your own actions (incorrect wallet address, weak password, shared credentials).
  • Refunds requested more than 1 hour after purchase.
  • Refunds requested after ticket sales have closed (6:00 PM AST on Sunday).
  • Disputes with your bank or payment processor.

5. Refund Timeframe

All approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of approval. Depending on your payment method or blockchain network, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may request a review by replying to the decision email with additional evidence. A second review will be completed within 48 hours.

7. Cryptocurrency Considerations

  • Refunds are paid in USDT BEP20. You are responsible for the cost of receiving and converting the refund.
  • Blockchain transaction fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We cannot reverse or refund blockchain transactions once they are confirmed on the network.
  • If your wallet address was incorrect, the refund may be non-recoverable.
